Correspondence is kept for up to two years and then deleted, unless an investment relationship exists, in which case records are kept for as long as the law requires.
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data held about you, or to receive a copy of it. Write to the address above and you will get a reply within a month. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
